Terms of Service

By accessing and using PlayPass (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

PlayPass is provided by 100 Clicks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to families seeking to manage household chores, allowances, and screen time for children in a structured, rewarding system.

These terms apply to all users of PlayPass, including but not limited to parents/guardians (administrators), children, and any other household members who access the platform. By using PlayPass, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or if under 18, that you have parental consent to use the Service.

PlayPass integrates with Apple Family Controls and similar device management systems. By using our screen time features, you authorize PlayPass to:

• Communicate with your device's Family Controls to set and enforce screen time limits
• Lock and unlock device access based on point balances and earned rewards
• Track screen time usage across your family's devices
• Set restrictions based on your family's rules and preferences

You acknowledge that you are the account holder and parent/guardian responsible for all device management decisions made through PlayPass. Only authorized account administrators may modify Family Controls settings.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for:

• Setting appropriate chore assignments, point values, and reward tiers
• Monitoring their child's activity and points balance
• Making all final decisions regarding device access and screen time
• Keeping account login credentials secure and confidential
• Ensuring children understand the rules and expectations
• Reviewing and approving submitted chores as needed
• Maintaining the accuracy of child information in the system

PlayPass is a tool to assist families with chore and screen time management. Parents retain full authority and responsibility for all parenting decisions. PlayPass does not replace parental judgment or active family engagement.

Each household is responsible for its own account. Parents must ensure that only authorized family members and trusted individuals have access to the account. PlayPass is not responsible for unauthorized access or modifications made by third parties.

Free Trial & Early Access: PlayPass offers free access to early adopters during the beta and launch period. This free tier may be subject to change at Company's discretion.

Paid Subscriptions: If PlayPass introduces a paid subscription tier, you agree to pay all charges incurred by your account at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.

PlayPass is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayPass and Company disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content or features

Limitation of Damages: Except where prohibited by law, PlayPass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cease using it. Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid PlayPass in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

Important: PlayPass is a supplementary tool for household management. Parents and guardians remain wholly responsible for parenting decisions, child safety, and all family matters. PlayPass cannot be held liable for family disputes, behavioral outcomes, or decisions made by parents using the platform.

PlayPass reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or within the app. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

PlayPass also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications or discontinuance.

You agree not to use PlayPass for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You further agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm, defame, harass, or abuse others
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Submit false or misleading information about your household or children
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activities

Your use of PlayPass is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can review at privacy.html. Please read it carefully to understand our practices regarding data collection, use, and protection.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your family's data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for monitoring your account for suspicious activity.

PlayPass collects and processes information about your children only for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform or as required by law.

PlayPass, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use PlayPass for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from Company.

Any content you submit to PlayPass (such as photos of completed chores) may be used by Company to improve the Service, provided such use complies with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
