TimeTrade uses a secure cloud database (Firebase) to sync your family's data across devices.

Collection Description Stored Fields
Users (Parents) Stores parent account details.
  • Email Address
  • Parent PIN (Encrypted)
  • Role (e.g., 'parent')
Children Profiles for each child.
  • Name / Nickname
  • Avatar URL (if uploaded)
  • Current Balance (Minutes/Points)
Transactions History of earn/spend events.
  • Transaction Type (Earn/Spend)
  • Amount (Minutes)
  • Description (e.g., "Cleaned Room")
  • Timestamp
Chores Available missions.
  • Title & Description
  • Reward Amount
  • Recurrence Rules

Data Deletion

You can request full deletion of your family's data by deleting your account within the app settings or contacting support.
